Draven (from League of Legends) was never satisfied with victory in battle (unlike his brother, Darius). He wanted glory and recognition, seeking greatness in the Noxian military, However, they didn't appreciate his drama. Wanting to share "Draven" with the world, he turned his attention to the prison system. There, he turned the tedious affair of executions into a spectacle.
During the first execution, Draven shocked people when he forced the doomed prisoner to run for his life. Just before the successful escape, he brought the prisoner down with a throw of his mighty axe. Soon all of the Noxian prisoners raced for a final chance at life. Using this event as his own personal stage, he turned the killings into entertainment. Crowds flocked to see Draven in action, and tales of his performances spread quickly. As his popularity grew, so did his already-inflated ego. He just loved the center of attention. Before long, the scope of his ambitions outgrew the population of Noxus. That's when he decided that the entire would needed a dose of the glorious Draven.
