The first version of Ubisoft Montreal's internal development engine. The engine was created for Assassin's Creed, releassed in 2007, and was later used for Shawn White Snowboarding and Prince of Persia, both released in 2008. With multiple improvements/additions to the engine, its name was changed to Anvil in 2009 while being used for the development of Assassin's Creed II,
