Kaebon

KAEBON is a single-player point-and-click puzzle adventure inspired by Thai folklore and traditional vow-fulfillment rituals. Players take on the role of a ritual worker hired to fulfill promises on behalf of clients who are afraid to return. Each night, players read job requests, explore locations, select appropriate offerings, solve puzzles, and perform rituals before dawn. Across 13 nights, players uncover mysterious stories connected to their assignments. Their decisions and actions influence the story and lead to multiple endings.

Desperate to earn money for their mother's surgery, the protagonist takes on an unusual job: fulfilling vows on behalf of people who are too afraid to return. Each night, a new request arrives. The protagonist must follow the client's instructions, prepare offerings, and perform traditional Thai rituals at mysterious locations. What begins as a way to earn money gradually reveals the grief, secrets, and unfinished promises hidden behind each request. Over the course of 13 nights, the protagonist encounters unsettling stories where every decision carries consequences. The choices made along the way will ultimately determine how the story ends.
