Fish the Web

Fish the Web is a multiplayer fishing game on a small pixel art island. Every other fisher you see is a real person, so the pier and the pond fill up with people casting lines and cheering each other's catches. When something bites, hold to keep the fish inside the green bar until it gives up. Sell what you catch at the stall to buy better rods and bait, and fill your Fishdex with over 200 fish, from minnows to a Kraken that only comes out on stormy nights. Day and night follow your own clock, and plenty of fish keep their own hours. Later on you can fix up an old wreck on the beach and sail it out to a big shared ship on the open sea.

Ollie runs the little beach hut by the pier and keeps a journal of everything the island has taught him. He hands it to newcomers one chapter at a time, with a prize for every chapter finished. Down on the south-east beach an old wreck has been sitting in the sand for as long as anyone can remember, and word is it could sail again if someone brought it the right parts.
