In 2012 Cosmi purchased ValuSoft from THQ as it was liquidating its assets amidst bankruptcy, this would form a merger named ValuSoft Cosmi.
This company would continue its dedication on publishing physical releases of casual games for PC.
In Q3 2017, the ValuSoft Cosmi website would go down, later it would reemerge under a new brand named Play Hard Games.
