LostForge Softworks is an independent game development studio based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2024, we create immersive, story-driven role-playing games with a focus on thoughtful worldbuilding, strategic turn-based combat, and memorable player experiences.
We’re a small, passionate team building the kinds of RPGs we’ve always wanted to play blending classic RPG inspiration with modern design and a strong emphasis on player connection. At LostForge Softworks, every decision is made with care, creativity, and the goal of delivering something special.
